Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm are usually packed the same business day. Everything else leaves the next business day. Ceramics and glass are wrapped by hand and double-boxed, so allow up to 3 business days during launches and sale weekends.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking is created. If it has not arrived after 3 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Canadian orders over $75 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by Wix based on your address, parcel size and the carrier service you choose.

Standard delivery within Canada is typically 3–7 business days. Remote areas and larger furniture pieces can take longer. International delivery is typically 7–16 business days and may be subject to customs inspection.

Oversized items such as furniture are shipped by freight carrier and may be delivered curbside. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please check the piece on arrival and note any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Ceramics, glass and mirrors travel in double-boxed packaging. Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the piece — it is the easiest way to return it safely.

Taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders shipped outside Canada may attract import duties or handling fees charged by your carrier. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient; we cannot calculate or collect them in advance.

Every order has a tracking number. Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout on our order tracking page to see the latest status and tracking link.

If tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, get in touch with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
