We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and answer your questions. This page explains what that is, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide it, and what you ordered. Card details are entered on Wix's checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
When you contact us: your name, email address, order number if you give one, and the message you send. We also receive basic, aggregated traffic statistics such as which pages are visited.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, send shipping updates, handle returns, and reply to your messages. With your consent, to send occasional product news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that make an order happen.
Who processes it
Wix hosts our store, processes payments and sends order emails. Shipping carriers receive the delivery details they need. Our advertising partners may receive anonymous conversion signals, never your name, email or address.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action the request within 30 days.
This site uses cookies for essential cart and checkout function. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them.
