Our story
A small shop for the things a room keeps.
Aung began with a simple frustration: the objects that make a room feel finished are the hardest to find. We buy in small batches, photograph everything in our own space, and ship from the same studio.
The short version
We work with a handful of small studios and family workshops, mostly in Canada and Portugal. Each piece starts as a sample we live with for a few weeks before it earns a place on the site.
That is slower than buying a container of lookalikes, and it is the point. What is here is in stock, priced in Canadian dollars, and packed by hand — ceramics and glass double-boxed so they arrive in one piece.
Orders run through our Wix store, which handles payment, tax and shipping. You get the same checkout a big brand uses, with a small team on the other side of it.
How we work
Three things we do not compromise on
Chosen for a shelf
We add a piece only when we can picture exactly where it goes in a real home. Small catalogue, no filler, nothing we would not put in our own rooms.
Materials that age well
Unglazed stoneware, washed linen, solid oak and unlacquered brass. Surfaces that pick up a patina instead of looking tired after a season.
